• Quote and contact requests — name, company, role, email, phone, project location, project details, and notes you provide.
• Project documents — plans, schedules, specifications, drawings, photos, and archives you upload.
• Attribution — the referring page and campaign parameters (UTM) that brought you to the site.
• Usage analytics — aggregated, privacy-focused interaction events (for example "quote submitted"), without advertising identifiers.

• Preparing engineering reviews, quotes, and shop drawings.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Uploaded documents transfer over encrypted connections into access-controlled object storage — never a public bucket. Download access is limited to authorized Orluti staff through authenticated, time-limited links. Uploads are validated by file type and scanned before engineering review where scanning is configured.

Quote records and project documents are retained while your inquiry or project is active, then archived. Documents for inactive inquiries are deleted after 24 months. [CONFIRM RETENTION PERIOD]. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate this site (hosting, storage, email delivery) under their own data-processing terms, and with Orluti's engineering and fabrication partners when needed to prepare your quote.
